We offer free shipping on all orders over AUD$65.00.
Shipping is direct to your door.
All orders over $65.00 are delivered free of charge.
Orders under this amount will incur a flat rate of $10.00 delivery fee (Incl GST)

All our soy wax candles, soy wax melts and reed diffusers are made by us in Lalor.
All orders will be sent to when the payment has been confirmed. We also deliver for free locally.

Serenity is not responsible for the time taken to deliver the parcel or any delays experienced by the courier/delivery service.

Estimated delivery for most products are between 3-7 days
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cost of returning item to Serenity is at the cost of the purchaser.
Item must be returned in the same condition as it was originally received by the purchaser.

Damaged Goods: If any of our items arrives in a damaged condition a new candle will be sent to the purchaser upon photographic proof of the damaged item. The purchaser does not need to return the item. Photos of damaged items are to be forwarded to serenity.soycandles@outlook.com
